Absolutely! I’m a guide and I hire guides when I fish any new waters or one that I have not been to for sometime. If I’m fishing a water for several days, I always hire a guide for the first day minimumally. Pick their brain for that particular water.
You will be rewarded with “fish on”.
That’s a great approach … hiring a guide on new water even if you’re a guide. We never stop learning the craft!
